Data Security Policy

Last updated: September 2026

ARSTOX PRIVATE LIMITED handles client and customer data with responsible access controls, confidentiality obligations and process discipline. This policy summarizes the principles that guide how we protect data across our operations.

1. Access Control

Access to client and customer data is limited to employees and contractors who require it to perform their assigned role on a specific campaign or process. Access is assigned by role and reviewed by the relevant process owner.

2. Confidentiality

Employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations regarding client and customer information as a condition of working on any campaign, and receive guidance on responsible data handling as part of onboarding and process training.

3. Campaign-Specific Handling

Where ARSTOX processes data on behalf of a client, we follow the data handling requirements, retention limits and permitted-use restrictions agreed with that client for the relevant campaign or process.

4. Physical & Workstation Controls

Our operations floor is supervised, with structured seating, monitored workstations and controlled access, to reduce the risk of unauthorized data exposure during voice, non-voice and back-office processes.

5. Quality & Call Monitoring

Call monitoring and quality reviews are conducted for training, coaching and compliance purposes, consistent with client requirements and applicable law.

6. Incident Response

Any suspected data security incident is reported internally without delay, reviewed by the relevant process and compliance owner, and communicated to affected clients in accordance with contractual and legal obligations.

7. Continuous Improvement

As ARSTOX scales its infrastructure — including dialer, CRM and monitoring systems — our data security practices are reviewed and strengthened accordingly. Specific technical safeguards are detailed in client-specific agreements where applicable.

8. Related Policies

This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Quality & Compliance practices.
